What we collect

• Your email address (for sign-in and account recovery).
• The tracking entries you type in yourself: site or app name, deposit amount, cash-out amount, date, and optional notes.
• Subscription status, if you buy a paid plan.

What we never collect

• Logins or passwords for gambling sites, Steam, or anything else.
• Bank account or card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• We never connect to or read from any gambling account.

How it's protected

Your entries are private to your account. Access is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, so one account can never read another account's data — even by editing a URL or calling the API directly. All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider; we never see them.

Payments

Subscriptions run through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We only keep your subscription status and billing period.

Your rights

You can export everything we hold about you as a JSON file, and you can delete your account permanently, from the Account page. Deletion removes your entries, profile, subscription record, and login — it cannot be undone.
