totalmark is a personal record-keeping and analytics tool. You type in your own activity and it shows you the totals. totalmark does not accept wagers, hold funds, pay out winnings, or process any gambling transaction. No money moves in or out of totalmark.
You must be legally allowed to use this service where you live, and old enough to hold an account under applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws of your own jurisdiction. totalmark does not encourage gambling and gives no betting advice.
Keep your password private and use a unique one. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't try to access anyone else's data, probe or attack the service, or use it to break the law.
Every figure you see is calculated from what you entered. We don't verify it and make no guarantee that it is accurate or complete.
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including any gambling losses.
